For all forms of reporting you will be given a REPORT KEY for follow-ups.

o The Hotline is administered by an independent organization, Navex Global. When you submit your report, you do not have to give your name, and should you decide to contact the Hotline via phone, your call is not recorded without your consent. A specially trained interviewer documents your concerns and transmits the information to NYK Sudamérica (Chile) Ltda. for follow-up.
